National Stroke Week pack order form
National Stroke Week pack registrations are now open.
It contains a sample of information that is available to distribute and display during National Stroke Week, they will be distributed in early August.
Additional materials can be ordered by completing the resource order form enclosed in the pack.
Limit of one per order. If you require more, do not fill out the form please email strokeweek@strokefoundation.com.au to arrange this.

- Resource order form
- 1 in 6 media release
- 1 x 1 in 6 poster (A2)
- 2 x 1 in 6 Stroke Week poster (A3)
- 2 x Know the Signs of Stroke DL brochure
- 20 x 1 in 6 Stroke risk factor checklist
- 1 x Information sheet on 1 in 6
- 3 x Stroke Foundation balloons
- 1 x Stroke Week or Stroke Foundation magnet
